Also contained in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
